@ the Paddock Entrance
had the time of my life yst when i went to watch F1 with none other then my "biao ge", chun kiat! haha.. although it was deafening, it was an extremely great experience!
went to church to attend mass first b4 heading down to city hall, marina sqaure, to meet ck.. i expected the train to be really crowded, but it wasnt really that crowded.. when i reached exited city hall to walk into marina square, i could hear the F1 cars racing alr! but everytime i turned my head, there werent any cars.. thats how fast they went.. but maybe it was becoz of echoes.. haha..we had the walkabout tickets.. so we walked about! haha.. from marina, we walked to paddock, Singapore Flyer.. was a really nice place to watch the semifinals! we werent sure whether or not we were allowed to sit at that place (was so called a mini grandstand).. but we decided to sit there anyways.. watched the first part of the semifinals there.. we decided to find another place to watch the race at.. during which, we walked passed a display of cars! we saw really nice cars there.. we even took a photo! haha.. then we moved off to the paddock entrance area to watch the second part of the semifinals and went back to marina (floating platform) to watch the last part of the race.. had loads of fun watching and joking about stuffs..
as the race ended, ppl started making their way out.. you cant imgine how slow we were walking just to get to the exit! it was really like how fast a baby can walk! step by step.. it made us feel like we were migrants going to another country! but we managed to get out of the place in half an hour.. not like the 2-hrs mentioned in the newspapers.. we then went to macs to get a drink whicle waiting for ck's bro to come.. waited for a while then we headed for city hall.. the security guards made us walk a big round to get to city hall.. but it was good also.. coz most o the crowd had cleared off.. so the train wasnt crowded! we even manage to get seats! reached home quite late.. was fast aslp when my head touched my pillow.. couldnt even wake up to go to work this morn! but i seriously had fun! thanks a million ck and ck's bro! haha.. =]
